At Norywix, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

• Be in its original packaging

• Not show signs of wear or damage

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or health reasons.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
